oh absolutely. ambient music is one of the closest genres to my heart and i really want to incorporate it into my music more. grouper, lorn, william basinski, amulets, belong, wulven, and so many other artists i love have such a way with textures and creating extreme emotion with the simplest sounds and i look up to them so much.
